Site Safety Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce site safety procedures in compliance with Malaysian regulations and client standards
• Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox talks
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective measures
• Ensure all workers comply with PPE and safety protocols
• Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and reports
• Liaise with site engineers, contractors, and client representatives on HSE matters
• Support and facilitate safety drills, trainings, and audits
• Promote a proactive safety culture across all site activities

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of site safety supervision experience
• Valid Green Book holder (registered SHO with DOSH Malaysia)
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSH regulations and construction safety practices
• Experience in geotechnical or infrastructure construction projects preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work full-time on-site in Pengerang for the contract duration
