Safety Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.

• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.

• Deliver toolbox talks and safety inductions.

• Assist in developing safety policies and risk assessments.

• Work closely with project teams to implement and maintain HSE protocols.

Key Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in construction or civil projects.

• Green Book holder – mandatory.

• Familiarity with Malaysian OSH standards and safety regulations.

• Strong communication and reporting skills.

• Able to work independently and proactively in a site-based environment.
