Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of offshore wellhead platform projects. The role involves strategic planning, multidisciplinary team coordination, risk management, and ensuring technical, safety, and financial compliance. Job Responsibilities
- Oversee project lifecycle from engineering design to procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and critical path analyses.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project financials, ensuring delivery within budget constraints.
- Maintain communication with clients, regulators, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Naval Architecture, or equivalent; advanced degrees or PMP certification preferred.
- Experience: 15-25 years in managing EPC offshore oil and gas projects, with wellhead platform expertise.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, PDMS, and offshore platform standards (API, ASME, DNV, ISO).
- Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
