With a solid academic background in occupational health and safety, coupled with practical experience gained through coursework and relevant projects, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to your team. During my studies at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah, I developed a comprehensive understanding of safety protocols, risk assessment, and compliance standards, equipping me with the skills to analyze workplace environments, identify potential hazards, and implement preventive measures.

Through hands-on projects and internships, particularly as an Upstream HSE Trainee under Global Services (Industrial Hygiene) at Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd, I gained invaluable experience in safety management, learning to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and communicate safety procedures clearly. My experience includes developing a Chemical Exposure Monitoring data profiling system, centralizing data tracking of Industrial Hygiene Reports across all assets, creating an Industrial Ergonomics Safety Campaign poster and promotional video, and analyzing data on ergonomics hazards to develop comprehensive Power BI reports during the Ergonomics Safety Campaign Challenge.

Additionally, as an Upstream HSE Protégé, I monitored the Industrial Hygiene profiling database for Chemical Exposure Monitoring, NRA, CHRA, and RRM. I also tracked and consolidated Industrial Hygiene reports, organized resources into an intranet portal, and ensured the accuracy of uploaded Safety Data Sheets across all assets. I am particularly impressed by Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd's commitment to excellence in safety practices, and I am eager to apply my knowledge and passion for safety to contribute within company's continued success.
