We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor with experience in FPSO construction/ Commissioning.

Your assignment - Location: Madagascar - Duration: one year (renewable) Your main responsibilities The Painting Supervisor will be working under a program implemented to bring our client's assets and plant to acceptable structural integrity and corrosion degradation level by managing both CAPEX and OPEX (Maintenance) in terms of structural repairs and painting activities. He/She will report to the Corrosion Program Superintendent. He/She will be responsible for the execution in scope, time, quality, and schedule of the painting program. He/She will coordinate painting workshop activities and field execution with internal painters and contractors. The main responsibilities are the following: - Supervise the painting team in order to make sure the new works and maintenance works related to painting are performed as per specifications - Be the interface with site managers and the Program Superintendent - Be in charge of the activities in terms of safety, quality, progress, routine inspection, and reporting. To directly supervise Contractor for all works related to the said activities - Define existing backlog activities related to painting, establish work organization, and schedule for backlog recovery. - Organize works by priority - Prepare Work Permit or other required documents - Ensure that the resources (personnel, equipment, consumables, others) and organization are suitable to the ongoing and scheduled workloads - Prepare and maintain up-to-date activity follow-up tables (progress, others) - Regular reporting highlighting progress, and critical problems if any - Keep a close link to Coating Engineer - Share and encourage good industrial practices related to the disciplines under his/her responsibility - Assure that Local regulations, Client rules, Standards, and Safety procedures are respected during the project - Ensure safe working practices are carried out by the team and Contractor - Promote safety awareness and safe performance among Production group, including Contractor personnel - Ensure the quality of the work performed. - Follow-up of all painting activities, up to work completion and perform routine QC inspection including consumables and materials received in the workshop, with QAQC Internal Coating Inspector support. - Review Contractor’s planning (if applicable), and progress reports for all the activities related to painting, highlighting critical problems if any. Your background Training / Certification: - International or trade certification for a spray painter - NACE Level 2 / FROSIO Level 2 or above - Rope access certification (IRATA 1 and 2) would be ideal Languages : Fluency in French and in English Experience : - At least 5 years in painting works in an industrial environment - Working on large operations and in Brownfield environments - Experience in working at height / Rope access / Scaffolding - A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a supervisory job position Skills - Familiar with safely handling solvents and chemicals - Able to blend paint and adjust paint guns and systems - Expertise in utilizing various spray painting tools and equipment such as pressure pots, airless spray guns, hoses, nozzles, gauges, cup guns, paint gun cleaner units, protective spray painting equipment - Aptitude in using various hand tools, including wrenches, pliers, hammers - Maintenance and up-keeping of spray painting tools and equipment - Expertise in reading Wet Film Thickness Gauge as well as reading and interpreting Product Data Sheets - Can identify and correct paint defects - Can adhere to work Instructions and clean paint equipment - Able to work in confined spaces and at various heights to execute their job tasks - Knowledge of Surface preparation technologies - Team Player: cooperate with others on the team, executing assigned tasks and contributing to group efforts as needed - Training national workers is essential - Order spare parts as and when required Join us at easy skill Easy Skill is changing the way we work. Support project execution of decarbonization scope providing related process engineering input in the system review, identification and implementation of opportunities to improve emissions. Work requires coordination both with lead and junior engineers to support multidiscipline execution. Specific activities as part of the role include Capacity check HYSYS Process-related simulation modelling Identification of bottlenecks Preparation and Review of PFD, P&IDs Support cost estimation activities Equipment sizing Vendor interface It is required for candidates to demonstrate clear understanding on emissions. Senior Commissioning Engineer o Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Plant Operation in Precom & Commissioning works. Job Responsibilities: -  Participate in ITB study and prepare bid specifications.  Establish standard and concept for the work to comply with job requirements.  Lead and Involve in various engineering stage such as Feasibility Study, Basic Engineering Design and Detail Engineering.  Preparation Process Drawings such as Process Flow Scheme, Piping & Instrumentation Diagram, Equipment data sheet, Instrument data sheet and other deliverables, Flare System Sizing, other process calculations including BOG calculation rate.  Interface with other internal disciplines such as Mechanical, Piping, Instrument.  Liaise with clients and vendors for technical issues and to define project scope.  Planning, scheduling, quality control of designated project.  Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.  Able to resolve technical issues.  Accountable for success completion of assigned engineering tasks. Job Requirements: -  Candidate must possess at least Degree in Chemical Engineering.  Min. 10 years of process engineering/design experience with Engineering Company in Oil & Gas industries. Experience in LNG, Ethylene Plant and Silicone Plant Design is an advantage.  Familiar with international codes and standard (especially API, PTS (PETRONAS Technical Standard), SHELL DEP, etc.)  Having previous experience in Greenfield, Brownfield and plant modification projects.  Able to work in team and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills.  Experiences in process simulation (PRO II & HYSYS), flare network simulation (FLARENET), gas radiation (FLARESIM), Pipenet, Heat Exchanger sizing and rating, etc.  Project Lead experience and participated in process design reviews and safety study workshops such as P&ID Review, HAZOP, HAZID, IPF, RAM, HFE, SOE, Alarm Rationalization, Plot Plan Review, 3D Model Review.  Knowledge in AUTOCAD & SPPID is a plus.  PC literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project as a minimum).  Good command in English (spoken and written).  Willing to travel and station at site.

Job Responsibilities: • Manage projects as Lead Engineer and be responsible for the proper and timely execution of projects ensuring the Department quality management system and any project specific contractual requirements are met. • Performing basic and detail design for static equipment such as pressure vessel, storage tank, heat exchanger and package equipment. • Responsible for cost, schedule, quality and budget control.  • Responsible for issue of all mechanical deliverable documents such as engineering specification, mechanical datasheet, requisition, technical evaluation, engineering drawing and also reviewing vendor document. • Ensures effective communications among other engineering disciplines, project management and Client teams. • Participates in department meetings, project status meetings and is responsible for correct reporting of amongst other project status, progress, delays, change notices and management, lessons learned and close-out. • Responsible to provide information to other discipline such as loading data, construction bill of quantity, electric load and also field work instruction. • Responsible to perform proposals work which involve man hour and schedule estimates related to the mechanical static scope of work. • Provide leadership skills with ability to lead and guide Junior Engineers. Job Requirements:- • Candidate must possess Degree in Mechanical Engineering background from recognized university. • At least 7-10 years working experience in oil & gas industry. • Must have thorough knowledge of static equipment ranging from vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, columns and package equipment. Furnace /fired equipment and thermal rating for shell and tube heat exchanger is an advantage. • Had a strong technical background in an engineering contracting environment with all aspects of static equipment engineering.  The understanding of the technical requirements of the project and directing others to apply this into the project is important.   • Ability to work in teams with all levels and vendors and possess excellent interpersonal, communication/presentation and report writing skills. • Able to define work scope and required resource. • Able to operate pressure vessel design software such as PV Elite, Codecal, etc. • Well verse in static equipment design code and standard such as API, ASME codes and TEMA and client standard such as Petronas PTS and Shell DEP. • Registered with BEM (Board of Engineers Malaysia).

Responsibilities:  Responsible in pipe routing and equipment layout planning study.  Responsible in engineering design works such as plot plan, key plan, piping arrangement, construction isometric and pipe support detail drawing, field fabrication part, etc.  Responsible in prepare information drawings such as civil information, nozzle orientation, vessel clip, instrument component information and process information (piping isometric for calculation of hydraulic delta-p, etc.)  Review all internal design check (IDC) documents from all disciplines.  Assist construction and commissioning activities (Field/Site works).  Liaise with clients as and when necessary.  Prepare and provide Bill of Material and Bill of Quantity for procurement and construction activities.  Capable to produce neat quality and organized piping drawing, feasible piping design, effective and smooth engineering works, and minimize error in piping design work.  Capable to complete engineering design within project schedule with minimum supervision. Requirements:  Possess Diploma in Mechanical or Material Engineering or Certificate in Mechanical Drafting.  Minimum 5 years of piping design experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industries.  Good knowledge in drawing preparation of Plot Plan, Key Plan, Underground and Aboveground Piping Plan, Detailed Pipe Support and Construction Isometric.  Good knowledge and ability to prepare civil information and mechanical information such as Pipe Rack, Platform Structure, Nozzle Orientation, Vessel Clip, etc.  Having previous experience handling revamp project, and/or greenfield project.  Able to carry out site survey in order to gain required information and/or verification of existing plant documentation.  Able to work in team and possess excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.  Good skill in the application of Auto-Cad.  Knowledge in most commonly used software (Microstation) and able to operate 3D design software (S3D/CADWorx/PDMS/E3D) are essential for this positions.  PC literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project as a minimum).  Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
