About the Job
The main mission of this function is to pro-actively support the Risk function in protecting/improving the project objectives and margins through “Anticipation” and “Derisking”. Risk Manager assists the Project Manager to monitor all risks on a project (Health, Safety, Environment, Security, Technology, Engineering, Construction, Legal, Finance, etc). He / She is responsible for the implementation of the Risk Management processes and governance during proposal and project execution and directly involved in production of all qualitative and quantitative (cost and schedule) Risk Management deliverables.
Risk Management activities require robust interpersonal, communication (written, spoken) and technical skills to add value to the project management team. The Risk Manager usually interfaces with all Lead team members, bearing their individual subjectivity and produces in a short time frame some deliverables aggregating a large amount of data (risk register and risk quantification models). In this context: hands-on, synthesis qualities, robust experience and expert understanding of project Risk Management concepts are fundamental assets.
• Manage enterprise risks of the operating centers following Group requirement and compliance.
• Drive actions internally to ensure risks events are well managed and closed within reasonable timeframe.
• Liaise with and provide guidance to stakeholders as required on risk related matters.
• Manage project risks and ensures implementation of the threats & opportunity management process at Proposal and Project stages, including relevant internal/Client reportings.
• Develop Quantitative risk analysis models (Cost & Schedule integrated analysis, Schedule risk analysis) and coordinate contribution from Project Control disciplines; produce relevant Risk quantification reports and Cost contengencies recommendations
• Analyse bids / proposals and develop fit-for-purpose material for submission to Client at Proposal stage (e.g. risk narrative, risk summary slides, risk register, manhour’s quotation)
• Organizes and coordinates Risk Management workshops and meetings in conjunction with the Proposal / Project / Project Control Manager, including attendees list.
• Prepares, implements and maintains the Project Risk Management Plans as required.
• Implements and updates the risk and opportunity registers using the Corporate Risk Management tool (RMA).
• Reviews and updates the risk response plans (including treat mitigating and opportunity maximization actions) in close coordination with the Proposal / Project / Project Control Manager, Risk Owners, Action Owners and other members of the PMT
• Support Risk Management best practice improvements and RM internal trainings
About You
Required Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent
• Risk Management, Risk assessment methods
• Confirmed experience (5-10 years) in Engineering & Construction Industry: mid to large EPC contracts in Engineering and/or Project Controls (good awareness of cost and schedule concepts)
• Communication (written, spoken). Fluent English. Able to chair meetings within multi-cultural teams and Clients
• MS Office tools: Excel (advanced multi-sheets modeling), PowerPoint (good presentation skills), Word (reports)

Mechanical Rotating Equipment Engineer

Main Accountabilities
Design Basis, Code & Standard
• Understanding and applying knowledge of design codes, industries standard and practices such as API/ISO/ ASME, etc. and Interpretation of the requirement to meet project requirement
• Competent to resolve problems /trouble shoot based on Codes & Standards interpretation
• Understand Codes limitation, apply with accuracy and effectiveness.
• In-depth understanding of Client’s specification (e.g. PTS, DEP etc.) and provide service which meet contract requirements
• Review and raise clarifications on the ITB /Client documents/ Contractual documents in case of ambiguity in definition / lack of clarity / lack of reference/ areas of doubt etc. based on specialist experience /judgment.
Knowledge of Rotating Equipment
• Understanding of rotating equipment used generally in oil and gas / refinery / industries for onshore and offshore applications, and select correct types of equipment for a given process service application
• Understanding and engineering competence in hydraulics, thermodynamics, aerodynamics, rotor-dynamics, combustion etc.
• Able to predict rotating equipment performance without over dependence on Vendor
• Competent to review Vendor’s various options (including limitation and /or deviation) and provide detailed technical evaluation (TBE/TBT) of the equipment.

About You
The Candidate shall possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Hons). Possess at least minimum 7 years of engineering design experiences in various rotating for onshore / offshore application. Preferably with experiences in Green Hydrogen, Electrolyzer and Carbon Capture Storage Projects.

Key Objectives:
• Maintaining facilities integrity through timely and appropriate implementation of equipment planned preventive maintenance activities.

Qualifications and Experience:
Mandatory
• Possess an Engineering Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Rotating and/or Static mechanical equipment in hydrocarbon production industry environment.
• Relevant previous employment history in engineering & maintenance in Cranes, Lifeboats, or Pressure Safety Valves.
• Experience in reciprocating/screw equipment including overhaul and running hours strategies.
• Experience in Risk Based Inspection (RBI) for PSV and reliability processes i.e., RCM, FMECA and Incident Investigation including RCFA. Knowledge of OSRMS.
• Familiar with engine/turbine/pumps operations.
• Computer literate.
• As a team player, demonstrate strong personal and interpersonal skills with flexibility to meet the fluctuating needs of operations support in a demanding environment.
