Conduct process simulations using software tools such as HYSYS or similar to ensure efficient and reliable operation of process systems.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and structural engineers to integrate process design with overall FPSO design.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases.
Lead and participate in safety reviews such as HAZOP and SIL studies, and contribute to the resolution of identified issues.
Support procurement activities by preparing technical bid evaluations, reviewing vendor documents, and providing technical support during vendor interactions.
Provide technical oversight during construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup phases to ensure successful FPSO deployment and operation.
