Mechanical Engineer with 3 years of experience in manufacturing and maintenance plants and 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer in a steel factory. Throughout this time, I have been involved in managing end-to-end maintenance processes, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment in industrial settings.


In my role as a Mechanical Engineer, my responsibilities included:


1. Conducting regular preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions for equipment malfunctions and mechanical breakdowns.

3. Leading root cause analysis and applying continuous improvement techniques to optimize equipment performance and reduce failure rates.

2. Managing resources, schedules, and costs, while overseeing the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment.

3. Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

4. Monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and making data-driven decisions to enhance project outcomes.


My Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification further enhanced my ability to apply process improvement methodologies, focusing on identifying inefficiencies, reducing waste, and increasing operational productivity in both manufacturing and project environments.
