Aisyah Syafiqah A.

My name is Aisyah Syafiqah Ahmad Shauwal, and I am a recent graduate from Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Hons) Engineering Entrepreneurship. I have two years of experience in recruitment, including my role as a protégé under the Protege GEES Programme with PETRONAS. In this role, I managed the full recruitment process for GEES positions, including CV screening and issuing offer letters to nearly 500 participants. I also handled travel claims and tracked training attendance for several GEES batches.

In 2020, I completed an internship with Kebabangan Petroleum Operating Company (KPOC) in the Human Resource Department. There, I supported talent sourcing, including job advertisements, CV screening, and coordinating interviews. I managed interview arrangements for 43 candidates across 10 job positions and conducted interviews for two intern roles. Additionally, I assisted with manpower planning tasks, such as managing Replenish and Purchase Orders.
