Alovsat has 20+ years’ experience in the oil & gas (both on and offshore) and Petrochemical industry, including overseas in Africa, Asia and Eurasia. 

• I have developed operational and commercial awareness models, the ability to develop and implement strategies aimed at improving high levels of safety with training in IOSH, NEBOSH and OSHA.

• I am quick to grasp new concepts, ideas and strategies and I possess the ability to communicate these effectively to the team.

• I created and ran the safety department for the Socar Polymer HDPE (high density polymer) & PP (polypropylene) plants and supervised and mentored a team of 15 HES Advisors including Process Safety and Environmental team in all aspects of Commissioning and Operating stages. This included the hiring, mentoring, scheduling and oversight of 15 field HES representatives as well as Process Safety engineers.
