KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• The Advisor, Organizational Development will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization’s overall business objectives. 1. Project Management Office (PMO):

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

• External Stakeholders: Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors, consultants, and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance and fostering beneficial partnerships.

Job Description:

Recruitment

1. Ensure the approved vacancies is filled within the stipulated time frame and determining whether the vacancies are short-term hire, contractual or permanent hire as they warrant differing procedures.
2. Ensure the content of each job description is accurate prior to advertising through discussions with end users.
3. Target and schedule of recruitment advertisements to derive optimum results in responses.
4. Collate and compile responses from the advertisements.
5. Determine the most appropriately qualified Oil and Gas Search Companies both local and foreign. Coordinate and liaise with them in obtaining resumes of suitably qualified candidates.
6. Review resumes to select those with the appropriate qualification and experience in the first short-listing process.

Interviews

1. Determine the panel set up for each interview and coordinate the timing of the interviewers (2 – 4 persons) and ensure equal representation from each Department that the hire would have a direct impact.
2. Liaise and discuss with the interviewers prior to the interview to ensure that relevant questions to the job are being asked and a structured interview format is in place.
3. Complete the feedback of the panel and coordinate the final selection of the candidate.

Appointment

1. Negotiate salaries with selected or short-listed staff, ensuring they are within the range of the job grade.
2. Prepare salary build up, proposal for compensation (PFC), offer letter and the contract of employment. Obtain signatories and forward the package to candidate and received the documents from candidates.

Development of Policies

JOB SUMMARY:

The Piping Engineer will play a key role in an onshore project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, focusing on piping engineering with a specialization in pipe stress analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience in the energy industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop piping specifications, standards, and procedures for the project.
• Conduct pipe stress analysis using industry-standard software and techniques.
• Design and layout piping systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate piping systems into overall project designs.
• Review and approve piping drawings, isometrics, and material specifications.

Contexte :

La Direction Ingénierie Interconnexions Réseau en Mer (DIIREM), responsable des projets d’infrastructure pour le raccordement des parcs éoliens en mer et des interconnexions internationales, cherche à renforcer la maîtrise des processus qualité et de gestion documentaire sur ses projets. La mission vise à diagnostiquer l’état actuel des processus et proposer des améliorations pour standardiser et améliorer la gestion de la qualité et des documents.

Missions principales :

• Analyser et améliorer les processus qualité existants, y compris les spécifications documentaires pour les contrats EPCI (câblier, PEM).

• Auditer les équipes qualité (responsables qualité, gestion documentaire, surveillance).

• Proposer des outils adaptés pour la gestion des processus et des interfaces (outil type Visio).

• Créer et formaliser les processus qualité et gestion documentaire sous forme de cartographie, logigrammes, et documentation associée.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the sales of drilling / completion services by identifying and targeting opportunities with major oil and gas operators in SEA. These include, but are not limited to, Shell, ExxonMobil, Petronas, and Chevron.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in major oil and gas companies. Cultivate new and existing client relationships to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.

Key Skills & Requirements

About The Job

The purpose of job is to produce deliverables under the direction/supervision of a Lead/Principal Engineer. This involves performing design calculations, assisting in the performance of engineering and field development studies, and assisting Junior Engineers when required.

Senior Front End/ Process Engineer role would be;

• Develop and disseminate within the operational entity a specific experience and know-how of Energy Transition studies (Blue and Green H2 derivatives, CCUS, energy intermittency management).
• Assist Lead to execute project by producing necessary deliverables.
• Act as stand-by lead on projects when necessary
